We introduced Flirt with Fitness as an optional free service for clients trying to reach empowering goals before their shoot. In no way should you feel obligated or pressured to use this resource.
Flirt with Fitness does not have to be a weight loss journey either. It is a great option to increase strength and mobility as well. Intimate portrait sessions have posing that does engage all of your muscle groups. If you are shooting with us or even another company there is a good chance you are going to feel it during and afterwards.
